Vous emballez votre produit et vous collez l’étiquette de transport en suivant les instructions qui vous seront fournies avec l’étiquette de transport. Vous déposez votre produit dans le point relais de votre choix, qui prendra en charge gratuitement l’envoi de votre produit en réparation. Au retour, le produit sera livré dans le même point Relais afin que vous puissiez aller le chercher.Vous pouvez visualiser la liste de points relais proches de chez vous dans la liste déroulante en bas de cet écran

Ordinateur de bureau, moniteur, tout produit très volumineux mis à part les trottinettes ; et les produits de la liste ci-dessus si vous ne pouvez pas les déposer en point relais : Dépôt dans un bureau de poste. Vous emballez votre produit et vous collez l’étiquette de transport en suivant les instructions qui vous seront fournies avec l’étiquette de transport. Vous déposez votre produit au bureau de poste de votre choix, qui prendra en charge gratuitement l’envoi de votre produit en réparation. Au retour, le produit vous sera livré chez vous. Si vous n’êtes pas présent à ce moment là, un avis de passage sera déposé dans votre boite aux lettres vous indiquant que votre produit a été déposé au bureau de poste le plus proche afin que vous puissiez aller le chercher
